Version of the Gasmask citizen, using Based Eyman's model as a base. This archive contains 2 versions:
-With eyes
-Without eyes (for the true beta experience).

Some new animations were added including:
-Victory anim,
-E3_Strider run remake,
-Cohrt/Samuel idle anim.
