Greetings,

I have been running a battle on a map I created in the Hammer from the Leak, and I have noticed that the Npc_Conscript functions well without any scripting other than spawners and ai_goal_standoff. However, I have also noted that Npc_Conscript crashes the game regularly in battle. When he dies, he immediately crashes the game. Aside from this, he works well.

Also, did you know that the conscript can jump? I put down concrete barriers and he jumped right over them.

Correcting this because it was a problem on my end and not with the leak. The conscript does not crash the game on death.

These crashes are caused by the barnacles. Just don't let them catch you and everything will be fine.

The installer can't create folders for you, you'll have to make an anon-hl2 folder in your E drive manually. If you've done that already, then it's because the folder is read-only, and you'll have to make it, well, *not* read only. The issue might also be that you're running the installer without having extracted it first.

I can't put a folder in there that I make manually it tells me that I "need permission" and how am I supposed to extract the installer?

The HUD doesn't show any numbers (suit, health, ammo, etc) Is there a way to fix this? I keep having to use the old HUD.

umm i don't know about the first problem but i know about the second one you can change the HUD by typing hud_enableoldhud 0 on the console

Open the console by pressing '~'. In a few seconds you should have a cursor.

In the 2001 beta and 2003 beta when I drive the buggy/jeep it doesn't allow me to exit it when I press "E"! It's very annonying and I really want help. Thanks.
