Can some one convert the Combine Combot for me?

I tried using https://hl2-beta.ru/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=170
but The Texture files wont work/convert so If some one could do it for me I would appreciate it so much, and If you feel like it could you do the jetski from megapatch 4? Thanks!

Update to this: Ive found a gmod mod that replaces the retail scanners with the beta cambot and I just ported it over to the retail game
