Yes, there is such an error. Based on old topics, we can conclude that almost no one knows the exact reasons for its occurrence. In my opinion, it can be fixed by replacing the bin folder with the original one

From what I found out, some modified launcher.dll files cause this error to happen. It's most likely a incompatible launcher.dll with the build causes that to happen.
