There are no mods on the beta engine that are not related to the old plot, BUT you can try to find something in the maps section. Of the interesting ones, I can recommend the 2004 map pack and the Josh Z. map pack.

but its okay if its about the old plot just any mods that i can just put the root folder of the beta and play. i am asking for any other mods other the ones on this website

Yes. but i mean a mod that can be launched through the leaknet launcher. a mod to place in the root anon-hl2 folder
