how do i change mega build installation?

I've reinstalled Mega Build multiple times, and it was successful. But one thing that never shows up the the installation options, like installing The Thing, some model fixes, stuff like that. How do I get that menu back? Thanks!

most likely a glitch but im not exactly sure, if you can send a screenshot of what you are experiencing i could probably find a few options, but if you want to install The Thing mod id recommend doing it manually, by simply downloading the mod itself from the main website https://hl2-beta.ru/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=41;language=english

okay, i think that i might've found the root of the problem: installation cache. basically every time i reinstall it the same maps and files are added back. my correct question is: how do i get rid of the installation cache?
