"Cool and fun"

Basically that's the point. It might be a futile experiment but it's gonna be something to talk about either way. What I want to be is a known story teller and artist and I also want some other things to be known cause I'm not selfish when it goes to that. Maybe it's not playable (Unless our Russian modders finally could stabilized the engine) but it's gonna be there and noticed and the ones behind it would also be known as the ones that ported the Half-Life 2 Beta over to the Xbox. I'm having a hard time learning to code(Or compile) even an example engine over to the Xbox but if it's allowed to and if someone's interested then some people from this site and EMUxtras could work together on porting the game.

It's hard for me to give up on these kind of crazy ideas so don't expect me to stop anytime soon.

No one is expecting for you to stop, my dude. Spend all your days and nights on this, but don't expect to get recognition from anything major because if that really is what you're after, you're most likely going to be disappointed.

We'll just have to see. If the Russians makes an even more stable version in the future then it would work better. Now that I think about it. If I could get contact with the admits I could ask them if they can help with it. Sure they would deny but it's worth a try at-least. Most things are worth trying.

i think he wrote : that "he has the brain" but not the knowledge...and he wait some friendly ruskies to do some jobs he has in the pocket for them.. as he does not mention $ : that should be : a non-paid job.. with an example .. : some project a la black mesa .. that pays only usa citizens..

if you want to be a knows story teller : change your name to maddoxx and go register at black mesa forum..
at end : you talk to let ruskies live their freedom ? without having to produce for your "us welfare" or the opposite.. you find life is hard withOUT slaves and free money ? working is hard at first time.. but the more you do it the more you produce..   and when some like in my country : paris city ; are living too much on others frenchs butts.. then we all stop working and become "strikers" until the masters die.... especially those thinking they are gods or jupiter like..

Hi again. I know we discussed this before and that it wasn't possible. But I'm gonna say what I had in mind anyway.

If the game where going to work on the original Xbox it must be optimized enough for it. Altho it's unlikely to do what Valve did to the retail port, I can try make an insanely stripped down engine to test with the beta's source code and start from there.

I have the Xbox dev-kit and learned a lot from it during my time so I'm a bit more confident with working with game engines than before. Hopefully I can make an untextured, low-poly game work for the console. (Might as well be a way to learn engine structures as well.  ;) )
