"airex_02_03_remnants" is a map from Half-Life 2 Beta.
This Air Exchange style map is divided into several segments.
All of them has one or more models of Odell.
Each part of the map offers different games of light and shadow.
All thanks to the blazing sun which overlooks Air Exchange.

d1_terminal_01_19

"d1_terminal_01_19" is a map from Half-Life 2 Beta.
It was last edited on February 27, 2002.
This map is best known in its final version "e3_terminal",
 which should have been shown at E3 2002.
"d1_terminal_01_19" is a not very advanced version of the map,
 entire streets and buildings are missing.
The lighting of the map is imperfect, in "mat_fullbright 1".
No script works since no NPC is present.
Finally, some objects are without textures.
No doubt, this is a very raw Beta map as we like it...

summary_06

"summary_06" is a HL2 Beta map, reworked for Missing Information.
This is a City 17 "streetwear" map (2002/2003 style), in which Rebels fight Metropolice.
Combine Soldiers lie in ambush in watchtowers, while Cremators are ready to burn everything.
Gordon Freeman and his allies must fight their way to the Citadel...

testroom_standards

"testroom_standards" is a map from Half-Life 2 Beta.
It was last edited on February 17, 2003.
This is a small orange and grey map.
It shows many of the basic features found in the retail HL2 such as:
ladders, steps, stairs, water and a small room that has no lighting for proper flashlight use.
Several props can be found on the map, such as toilets, computers etc... 
A few models of Alyx are laid out on the map, so they show different gestures when attacked.

story_52 (Air Exchange)

"story_52" is a map from HL2 Beta, reworked for MI.
This is a map from the Air Exchange chapter.
After having killed a lot of Combine Soldiers, 
we end up meeting Conscripts and their leader, Captain Vance.
He aims to blow up the whole complex...
ordon must progress through the factory,
in order to put his plan into action...

e3_phystown

"e3_phystown" (also called "Traptown") is a map from HL2 Beta, playable in Missing Information.
This well-known map was shown at E3 2003.
It's a Ravenholm level (the one where you catch the shotgun in the final version),
in which you have to kill Combine Soldiers & Zombies,
with all kinds of weapons and physical interactions,
such as dropping a dumpster on them,
or cut them using a mechanical slicer.
This version of the map does not include Father Grigori, 
but is famous for the little "tone_warehouse" music when destroying the vending machine.

"summary_09" (snowy "airex_start")

"summary_09" is a snowy, nocturnal version of "airex_start" from HL2 Beta.
The map has a few different features, such as new paths,
or fights against antlions, headcrabs but also Combine Soldiers.

"d1_terminal_01_40" is a map from Half-Life 2 Beta.
It was last edited on March 8th, 2002.
This map is best known in its final version "e3_terminal", which should have been shown at E3 2002. "d1_terminal_01_40" is a much more advanced version than "d1_terminal_01_19",
but still far from "e3_terminal".
The lighting of the map is imperfect, in "mat_fullbright 1".
A few NPCs are present, including some Metropolice, and Alyx Vance.
Some objects and walls are untextured.
The map gained some popularity thanks to its pendulum clock,
emitting the strange "squeal1.wav" sound.

test_28 (HL1's Crossfire)

"test 28" is a recreation of the "crossfire" map from Half-Life 1,
this time in Combine style.
Precisely, two teams of Combine Soldiers are fighting each other:
the blue (Combine Elite Soldiers),
and the red (Combine Soldiers of MI) of which the player is a part.

ep1_c17_02

"ep1_c17_02" is map from HL2 Episode One, reworked for MI.
In this version of the map, Alyx (beta model),
fights Antlions and Combine Soldiers using a turret.
The Combine Soldier model is specific to Missing Information.
And an imposing Antlion Guard stands in the way...
It must be killed to progress in City 17, about to be destroyed...
