On Leaknet.org click on "Download Leaknet" and then click "Download LeakNet 1.0 patch" [2.0 is still in alpha an actually has less features than 1.0 as of writing this so ignore 2.0 for now].

After you do so a Google Drive page will open. Go to the bottom of the page and download the last listed build [As of me writing it's leaknet6065.zip]. That's the newest [stable] version. Install by extracting the files to the HL2 Beta directory.
