2003 remnant in retail?

I was looking at some decompiled retail half life 2 maps, when i found this, and thought i recognized it. Isnt this from the 2003 beta version of this map

I think that looks to be it, In regards to the Leak Map, The d1_trainstation_03.vmf that's in the hl2-wc-maps\d1_trainstation Folder (Dated between 26-28th June 2003) - https://leaknet.org/files/HL2B_WC_Builds/#:~:text=d1_trainstation_03.vmf also has an Eariler Version where the Stairs are Longer down as well as having an Lower Level that's Removed in the Pre Compiled one. -

P.S. Aplogise for the Fiddling, But i tried to force the Link to play at the 32:20 Time Stamp but it was unsuccessful.
