orange citizen mod is incorrect?

So i was recently looking over all the concept art, when i noticed that one of the citadel concept arts shows the orange citizen model. It has a white circle on the back, unlike the mod that is up which is just a recolor of the retail version. Has anyone made a version of the mod that factors this in?
