Is it available anywhere?
Is it leaked?
Is it a non existent build?

I think, this is an E3 2002 Build. Photos with strider and soldier probably was shoted on e3_strider.bsp, photo with antlions on e3_depot.bsp and first with zombie on e3_meathook.bsp
