Was the ammo pack have the same function as the

The ammo pack did fuction as a med kit but it would replenish your ammo

It was just a place holder before they used the new ammo kit on tables

So ive been browsing some images of left 4 dead beta and i found a imag that is a ammo pack, it looks like it was a ammo version of a medkit.

I downloaded the texture sheet to load as a full 3d model with the textures, i trie d it but it didnt work
