So I found this strange concept from unseen 64's web of concepts and i have 2 questions

1.what the HECK (sorry for swearing, plz don't ban me      )     is this type of headcrab zombie?

2. Is there a modded verdion of this?

this is an older zombie concept,maybe there's more history on this concept but ididn't find anything more special than that. also i didn't find either a download for some model based on this concept,but indeed it's a great idea for modders to create.

It is a cool concept, and maybe someone might make a mod to this, till thenni think of a prediction of what this might be.   A zombie sucider
