It just leaked!
To be completely honest, it's just the "outdated" stuff save for TF2, but as you can see it had a tremendous impact on what people think about the games. TF2 fans specifically are starting to realize this is probably the last content drop they'll ever see and it looks like the repository cuts off at around 2015 - I don't know about the reception in CS:S and other communities.
As for actual HL2 content, I wasn't even able to find it - apparently there were lots of content cleared a few years ago around the source code leak and HL got the short end of the stick. Surely there was something leaked though, I just couldn't manage to find it like the big boy TF2 leak.

Valve is the type of company to have all the files of any game they make even the betas. which is proven with the left for dead leaks not far back on terror strike
