Where can i get that prop pack exactly? I've looked on page here but found nothing.

Late reply, but you can find it on the Garry's Mod workshop. There's two separate model packs, one consisting of only notable leak models, and the other attempting to contain every model from the leak regardless of how insignificant those models might be.

I'd recommend downloading the larger model pack. Lots of legitimately useful props to work with. I'd recommend it to any Garry's Mod players regardless if they are or aren't even interested in the Half-Life 2 beta or even Half-Life 2.
