Is there any way to setup a CS:GO Beta HE?

I recently installed the fixed beta of CS:GO and i really want to setup the Hammer Editor, i tried TF2/HL2 gameconfig editing but it didn't worked out. There was a question like that already, so please tell me if it's even possible to launch HE in this beta.

Did you try launch it though CS:GO hammer?

No, but since it's using the gameconfig system as well, i think it'll be useless atp.
