Looking at everything, it looks really slapped together, Im really certain its a fake leak, made to make VNN and his Groupies look bad and maybe get valve to get angry. All I manged to find is the discord talk as the leak went down.

i don't know about F-STOP, but tf2 and csgo are fairly real, VNN even said on his discord that he knows who leaked.

No you didnt. I Looked through 4chan. You Tweeted this once and said "LOOK! I FoUND BETA 4CHAN PASTEBIM!"
The Van is from Paranoia prefabs
and the Pistol model seen is a Recreation. You can CLEARLY see its not 2001 Source as the Elements here are way too lowpoly. They Raised the Polygons 4-3x in 1999 and the texture quality is also too bad.
