If you mean the beta, then right here on this site. I suggest the Mega Build as it comes with most of the patches that fix it and some mappacks with older maps. Or you can get the original unpatched anon leak if you want to see how the leak looked like when it just happened, but don't expect anything stable.

If you're looking for older versions of HL2 Retail, XJR9000 made a standalone release of the Day 1 version of HL2 as it was released back in 2004 (Well, technically this build was compiled over a month before release, but you get the idea. Link in the vids description). Don't expect anything beta related there though, it's just an older version.
