Finally I've uploaded the map on the site (it was available only on dropbox before). I've updated it a bit by using the gasmask model for npc_citizen's and their corpses and also I brought back conscript models (in the previous version I used citizens)
And yeah, to play this map you will need Mega Patch 4 installed.

Is this fixed by Project beta? because I saw on youtube last year sniper_029 fixed but vance was citizen and now is conscript. Its interesting.

It wasn't Vance, it was supposed to be conscript. npc_conscript don't work in unpatched beta that's why I used npc_citizen instead. And I didn't know back then you can set basically any model for npc_citizen, not just the ones in the list.
The new version that I uploaded on the site few days ago is an updated version of the old fix.

You mean like loading maps? It's simple! In game press the "~" key [Below the Escape key] and type in "map [map name]" and press enter, so in your case it would be "map sniper_029" and "map rooftops10". Hope I helped.
PS: Next time when you ask something make a new post in it's respective topic to keep everything sorted. [Or just join the Discord. Makes things quicker].

Where did you find these folders? These folders usually appear only in pre-made folders for future mappacks. If thats the case then don't put them anywhere and leave them where you found them. These maps are uncompiled [.vmf] and only readable by the map editor. And even if you would compile them they would have broken textures and scripts [or atleast 95% of them have these problems]. These maps are yet to be fixed unless you want to fix them yourself [not an easy proces]. I suggest that you wait for a more proper release of them in the future.
