I just realised- do you guys know why are there no 357 revolver and resistance crossbow in hl2 leak? Maybe they are not implemented yet?

They were implemented later into HL2 development. The 2003 leak doesn't include them due to the weapons being late 2004 material.

Personally I think the sniper and crossbow could co exist if you made it so the sniper would be hit scan but would only insta-kill if it gets a head shot.

I agree with him, adding the retail items to the beta doesn't feel right.

Why not add those weapons? If fact if you want them then download them. If you don't like them then don't download

Just add them and post them as a "addon" like "mp5k addon". Then who wants it, he will download it. I'm not a boss around here, this is just my suggestion.

You can't just "download or not download" some of weapons because they're described in the source code, and I will not do different types of binaries: like, for example, with and without those two weapons.
