hyper_test [1999 map restored] and HL1 footsteps

Hello everybody, I have remade the map featured in those 2 TF2 screenshots from 1999, as marc laidlaw said, they were early hyperborea interiors. Along with the map i have restored the original textures on it [we dont have them in the 2003 leak], Since the texture names for them are uknown, i gave them all names. they and the map might not look as fancy as the screenshots, but it should keep you pleased for now.  along with that, i ported the footstep sounds from HL1 to the leak, if you wanna make the beta feel more "old" or somthin.
