When did Kelly Bailey first compose the tracks for HL2? (Year)

I believe he started in early 2003. However, he seemingly continued into early 2004 considering the lack of half the soundtrack in the leak.

He may have started in 2001/2002 if that temp test music was composed by him, although I have a feeling it wasn't.

Even if it was, it's hard to say he composed it. Its just some slowed down and distorted orchestra
