So uh, I found this on twitter. It's an ad for some 90's pc and it has a weird looking alien grunt and in the background some more grunts seemingly frozen. Is this some sort of early design?

from the looks of them, they're the beta models
note the agrunt's armour chrome and the beta mp5 the hgrunt is holding

it's definitely some kind of a beta model, note that the agrunt doesn't have the hivehand gun (or whatever it's called) on one of it's arms.

It's an alpha model due to the hivehand being missing and the more blue textures and the early HECU in the background.
