I see this wasn't discussed here (even though it's been a month already) but former valve employee posted some screenshots of their ep3 folder, and what we have from it:
1. Combine armored soldier armour piece
2. Folder of young Chell model (just Chell's head but with longer hair)
3. Props_snow folder (apparently all props related to arctic)
