So I was looking up information about Tbot and saw this picture

Following this to the source I found a "fireden" thread. Here.

The O.P says
"The valve repository was leaked again and this model was what d0g was suppose to look like when the game was being developed back in 1999"

I was wondering is there any truth to this?
It looks fake to me.
