That HUD is nothing more than a stolen poorly modified version of BS-HUD by Robertto and myself. None of the graphics or code are real and it is borderline impossible to restore the 07 HUD as it once was. L4D1’s HUD is extremely hardcoded and only less than 5% of the HUD graphics still exist.
