Having trouble setting up an env_soundscape.

On a map i'm making, anytime I create an env_soundscape and I try to name it, it wont let me. It just stays red. I'm not sure why this happens, and because i cant name it i'm not able to trigger it in anyway. Does anyone know whats going on here?
