That's sadly a problem with Pre-2004 and 2004 version of the Source Engine [The first retail versions of Half-Life 2 also had that problem.]You could try to use the mat_specular 0 command to fix it but it would disable all shiny objects and such.PS: Your english is not bad btw.

There is no official fix yet but you could just make the game run in a border-less window that fills out the entire screen. Just add the -window -noborder launch arguments into the text box below the Start button in the Leaknet Modloader [If you have multiple mods you'l have to add the launch arguments there as well.]

Try to do the following but I have no guarantee it will work. Right click on the hl2.exe file, open the Properties, click on the "Compatibility" tab, set the compatibility to the OS version you're using. You could also try to update your graphics card drivers. As for the crashing while saving issue, well that's just probably the beta Source Engine being janky. It really likes to crash even with patches [Sometimes for no apparent reason]. Leaknet fixes the majority of these issues, but it's not perfect and some problems still occur [Like the RPG rockets not following the crosshair sometimes]. You'l just have to get used to this one sadly.
I may have sounded a little bit too vague. I've sent a screenshot to show you what to do more directly. Excuse the system language being Polish, but the these options should be in the same place on your side.PS: Don't forget to click "Apply" after you're done.
