E3 2004 Eli Vance remake?

Eli shown in the 2004 E3 trailer as well as a model preview image shows him with his retail model and close to final textures, except he is sporting a Yale University sweater like his 2003 model, only in a blue color. I think this would be a relatively easy recreation and I don't think I've seen one yet.
