Retail and beta RNG mod for Retail Half-Life 2 and Episodes?

Title. I think a mod like this would be pretty cool, if various things from standard Half-Life 2, Episodes, and 2003 leak were randomly chosen, and could be seen spawn together. Here's some examples.

- Retail and leak antlions spawn together
- Retail and leak Combine soldiers and Metrocops spawn together, including dirty variant of Combine soldier from Episode 2. (possibily including Half-Life 2 Survivor variants as well)
- Retail and leak manhacks spawn together, including unused red and blue colored variants from HL2 Survivor
- Retail and leak citizen face maps randomized, including any unique variants from Valve's other games such as Counter-Strike: Source and Day of Defeat: Source.
- Randomized citizen clothing, including retail and leak.
- Retail and leak headcrabs spawn together.
- Retail and leak headcrab zombies, including poison and fast spawn together. Also including censored zombie from HL2 Survivor.
- Randomized Combine and Metrocop voice lines. Each Combine Soldier or Metrocop that spawns will either use retail voice lines or leak voice lines.
- Randomized male citizen voice lines. Each male citizen that spawns will either use retail voice lines by John Lowrie, or temporary voice lines by Marc Laidlaw.
- Randomized vortigaunts, which include day one 2004 texture and texture introduced in Episode 2.

This could be applied to various props as well.

- randomized retail and leak barrels, including any retextures from Valve's other games such as CS:Source.
- randomized retail and leak crates.
- randomized retail and leak hatchback cars, including brown variant of crushed hatchback from Episode 2.
- various combine machinery and tech such as turrets, cameras, thumpers, etc.
- various furniture, including retail, leak, and any reskins from CS:GO, CS:Source, L4D1, L4D2, DoD:Source, etc.

Again, I would really enjoy a mod like this at some point.
