Half-Life World Opponent Network 1.0.0.9

When I downloaded Counter-Strike Beta 1.0 and started playing, I saw an error, read on the Internet and found that I needed the WOW version 1.0.0.9, but I didn't find it. Does anyone have this version left?

CS Beta 1.0 can work on Half-Life 1.0.0.9 to 1.0.1.6. Either find HL 1.0.1.6 patch for HL Retail or get 1.0.1.6 Downgrader (use it on 1.1.1.0 WON or earlier).
