Fyzure's Reanimated HMG and Flaregun

I decided to take some time and make some new animations for the Flaregun and most notably the HMG.

The Flaregun was given a new reload, you can now visibly see the used flare being taken out and a new one being put in.

The HMG was done entirely from scratch, every animation was redone.

This also comes with its own sound effects for reloading, so it doesn't feel too empty.

small warning: this will override the flaregun + hmg weapon scripts, and the weapon sound script
