Mysterious mod

i remember downloading the beta from this site in like..2018 or so, and it had a mod inside of it but can't remember the name
i need help in finding it, let me explain how it went, you spawned as gordon without a suit in a Prague-like looking city with huge walls all around, you had to go see a combine march when citizens attacked from the roofs (note: this is not from the standard beta or dark interval) you had to fight off a wave of metrocops and a couple soldiers, tons of manhacks, then you went into a train depot and a citizen helped block the door so the combine don't get in, you had to repair a train or bring power to it, then both you and the citizen jumped on the train and rode away
the skybox was clear blue with a little bit of fog
(i apologise for writing this way, english is my second language and i just woke up)

Sounds like you're thinking of Cvoxalury's map called "RIOT" that was in the 2019 mapping competition.
