Anybody know where these buildings are located in real life?

These two buildings were used as reference for two skybox building models in Half-Life 2, and are also the original texture sources. I'm curious to know if anybody has tracked down the actual locations of these apartment buildings. Does anybody have the coordinates on Google Maps or something?

Thank you! It was super hard to tell at first, considering the years of wear and tear and even sections being repainted or even rebuilt it seems. It seems this window used on part of the texture sheet has been left relatively untouched, aside from a significant amount of orange paint peeled off on the balcony above it. Super cool and really surreal.
