There was no E3 2004 buggy texture in the August 2004 build of HL2.
The August 2004 build of HL2 used retail buggy texture.
Some sounds were missing in that build, I removed them in the mod.
I added some sounds from the beta version of CS:S and HL2. (There is no August 2004 build of HL2 but there are some screenshots of it)

It's probably possible to do so
