I think I found it. It was on the Portal Series Beta Research Discord.
To enable the old weapon viewbob type "cl_oldclientfeatures 1" into the console (And 0 to disable it).
No viewroll though. I guess it's because since it technically already is in the HL2 Beta but only works in multiplayer for some reason.

Can't upload it here directly since it's too large so I put it up on my Google Drive for anyone who needs/wants it.

Can also confirm the existence of viewroll commands in leaknet, but did not notice any differences when adjusting it. If it works in multiplayer then there's probably a def added to it in the codebase.
