Raising the Bar & Uncorrected Proof with OCR

Over the past year or so, I've been working on a convinient way to search and quote both versions of RTB books.

- Searchable text, including alot of handwriting on concept art (might contain errors);
- All chapter bookmarks.

- Searchable text, including alot of handwriting on concept art (might contain errors and minor typos);
- All chapter bookmarks;
- Links and backlinks for all endnotes;
- Wayback machine hyperlinks for web resources in the endnotes, including a few the original book didn't provide, but also excluding a few that are gone.

Notes:
- As said above, handwriting on concept arts is OCR-ed, but can contain errors. The most up-to-date transcripts of Ted Backman's chickenscratch can be found on Overwiki instead: LINK
- Since I didn't edit the Uncorrected Proof page images and they have skewed text, ocr layer isn't always 100% lined-up, and can be annoying to select. Doesn't impact text searching.
- Eli's slideshow page is the biggest mess with this, but a full convinient transcript of it is on ValveArchive: LINK
- Endnotes for chapter 11 in RTBUP are all messed up by author. Links are correct.
- PCZone (UK) interview with Randy Pitchford from 11 Dec 1999 is nowhere to be found, as the link provided in the book leads to Star Trek Voyager preview, so the hyperlink for it is not included
