wasteland citizen recreation?

I was wondering if anyone has remade the "wasteland citizen" with the textures from the wasteland samuel textures? would that even work?

I made a hacky remake of the wasteland citizen a few months ago for Megapatch 5. It's just Samuel with the cheaple head so he looks pretty funny but tbh that's what I think the wasteland citizen probably looked like.
