"Trenchless" Trenchcoat Cop Model Request

Basically, the Trenchcoat Cop iteration of Civil Protection without the trenchcoat protruding from his waist. Would appreciate if anyone could proportionate me with a model based around this concept.

Something like the image attached down below (isn't of the best of quality, used a damned AI to erase the trenchcoat, but hope it gives any of you the idea.)
