Anyone notice the arms being black on the HEV suit model in retail hl2?

I can't be the only one to notice. i think i was screwing around in gmod spawning hev suits and other shit, and i looked at the HEV suit and realized its arms was black! my mind went like "BETA CONTEN T"
and "oh, grey arms??" at the same time. yeah.
