To the original post, they're not bots.

To the current post, we only have 1 pre-release build of Portal and it is incomplete. Anything else that labels itself as a "Portal Beta" is most likely just going to be the Portal Project-Beta leak from 2016. Portal Project-Beta was a fan restoration project.
