How do I compile the Source Engine 2013 leak (NON-BETA)

Hello everyone, i was wondering how I could compile the original source 2013 engine leak, because I want to avoid using waf in general and I do not wanna use Linux just to compile hl2's leaked code. So if anyone could help me that would be great, thanks

Anyways, got this working. But since I got a Source Engine license  I won't be sharing the answer to this.
