How to fix CS:GO Beta Launch Problems

Launcher for CSGO beta tested only in one version so feel free to say which version works and which not.
To use just drop the zip's content into folder with csgo.exe
IMPORTANT: Use Launcher.exe not csgo.exe

I tested it on every version from my list and it works only for verisons 1.0.0.53-1.0.0.60
