Wow! There is so much L4D content in this leak! However, the methods I had to go through to download them were terrible, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to get hacked by downloading these random links. Should the betas of L4D and other Valve-related games be uploaded here as well? Or will piracy and the requirement of a Steam account cause it to not happen?

Clearly not anytime soon. This leak has seriously affected Valve, and they may begin demanding the removal of these assets, perhaps even leading to legal action.
Don't like HL2 beta actually. But the visualization is pretty cool tho.

Legal proceedings are more than possible due to the presence of third‑party games from other studios.

Is any of the leaked stuff gonna end up here or the valve archive?

here are some comments from youtube videos about it:

"Valve has gone on record to say that they don't do takedowns of leaked content, all they do is investigate how it happened."
"They don't hunt down content of already released or cancelled games, they only target games that have not released.
Like if someone were to leak Half Life 3 or some stuff that's in active development, then they would investigate and go hard on it. Probably listen to feedback also from people who saw the leak.

If it's like, Half Life 2 from SIGGRAPH or some L4D2 Builds, they don't care. Game is already out, and they made their money. It's just people digging up fossells."

"Even then, they never took down the HL2 beta leaks either. All they did was hunt down the person who did it. (They almost lured him to America to incarcerate him before the cops in his country intercepted him.)"

should they? in my opinion, YES! will they? maybe BUT TAKE IT WITH A GRAIN OF SALT

Maybe i'm stupid, but why do you think that they should take them down? The only reasonable explanation for this (that i can think of) - there are third-party games in the leak.

I feel the beta content helps people get an interest in Valve Game Content
With one snap of the finger I'll bring the beta back into balance
