Beta Judith Mossman?

I was digging around in the ported face maps in the downloads section and I found Moss_Src.jpg,
It looks to me like a Early beta of Mossmans finalized look, Is that true or is it just a citizen I'm not realizing?

Seems to be the direct sort of facemap for Donna Van Buren (the person Mossman is modelled after.)

I tried putting it on Mossman's model and It lines up almost exactly, (Massively buggy and deformed)
