the old half-life.org video where someone visits Valve.
I see a lot of people (especially outside from our community) that talk about this lost video I think we should look out for it because it can contain a lot of beta/unused stuff. the only remains of this video are some old frames. reinstated in 2016
the first photo seems like a valve employee working on a map, possibly a Half-life map.
the second one it's a Controller concept art.
both don't look like it has any importance at all right?
but the third one, however, it's a bit odd it looks like a mixture of the wall breaker zombie in someplace that looks like Office Complex.

going to the bottom of the list, you find it. alongside with "VX Visits Valve" (no idea who Vx is or if it is a company)

Perhaps this video shows the gameplay of Half-Life 1 of the development period late 1997-early 1998. And perhaps the final concept of the art Controller
