HL2 beta mod help

I've been working on my own beta mod for a while, and I only have a two person team right now. And we really only know how to make maps, I've tried making the mod files but it always ends up breaking. Is anyone willing to join my group?
Ill admit that development right now is slow, only because we are 2 guys trying to make a whole mod. Please reply if you are interested!

Sorry to say that im not interested, however what year is the mod based on? Or is it completely original?

The mod is based off the 2001-2002 era. But aside form the atmosphere and design, we are taking the story it self in a different direction

When we have some good material we will definitely be posting to YouTube, and we will be making it in retail hl2.
