Episode 4 Return to Ravenholm semi truck remake using Half-Life 2 model?

Both semi trucks from standard Half-Life 2 and the cancelled Episode 4 are modeled after a Skoda-LIAZ 706 RT. I was wondering if somebody could replicate the appearance of the truck from Ep4 using the texture sheet from Half-Life 2, and the model from the Garry's Mod addon "Prewar HL2 Vehicles (props)"

I understand that the Ep4 model is a completely different model than the one from Half-Life 2, however, I highly doubt anybody is going to go through the trouble of remaking this model just based off a couple pre-release renders. Plus the fact that I'm most likely the only car enthusiast in the beta community.

I imagine modifying an already existing model based off the same truck would be much easier.
