Cohrt.mdl as retail kleiner

I was looking for mod that uses Cohrt.mdl with a black shirt, and I found one here,

However, it seems that this thing has no specific posture or gesture of Kleiner, and causes the Ep2 story stuck.  Can someone fix this?
